Attaching to the sides of the boot via molded clips and steel hooks, this boot-top gaiter creates a better seal around the boot and eliminates all fabric and straps from the rand area and outsole. A simple and easy-to-use gaiter that doesn't interfere with climbing or attachment of crampons, and won't wear out from extensive hiking. The design uses Schoeller WB formula stretch fabric, the most waterproof and durable stretch fabric available, and many of the proven design features perfected through years of experience at Outdoor Research. Extra-wide hook-and-loop fastener closure system runs up the front for easy adjustment. Unique hook and webbing system attaches quickly and holds gaiter in place in all snow conditions.
